Terms of Service

The legal framework governing the use of the Kaiju Apps ecosystem.

Protocol Identity: TOS-2.0

1. Acceptance of Protocol

By accessing or using the applications, services, and websites provided by Kaiju Apps (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must terminate your access to the Services immediately. Your continued use signifies your unconditional acceptance of these protocols.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content, features, and functionality within the Services — including but not limited to UI/UX designs, codebases, branding, and proprietary algorithms — are owned by Kaiju Apps.

Service Assets

Digital assets provided via our Services are for personal use on your devices. Commercial redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

Framework Integrity

The unique frameworks, logic, and design systems used across our ecosystem are protected intellectual property.

3. Pro Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features are locked behind "Pro" tiers. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Billing: Payments are processed via the Google Play Store. We do not manage your payment methods directly.
  • Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the Play Store settings.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Google Play's standard refund policies.
  • Feature Access: We reserve the right to modify the features included in Pro tiers as the Services evolve.

4. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree NOT to engage in the following activities:

  • block Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract the source code of our Apps.
  • block Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to harvest data from our servers.
  • block Uploading malicious code or attempting to breach our security infrastructure.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kaiju Apps is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties regarding the absolute reliability or accuracy of our Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaiju Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of the Services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or legal obligations. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page.
